The Victim Support Line 116 006 (also known as the 116006 hotline) is a free, anonymous, pan-European public service that provides support to all crime victims and their loved ones in all EU Member States, thus contributing to their well-being and safety. The hotline is part of the Victim Support Network, financed by the Justice Fund, administered by the Minister of Justice.

The Victim Support Line offers legal assistance, psychological support, and extensive information on assistance options. Our consultants provide detailed information about help points operating throughout the country and about the rights of victims. Victims of any crime, witnesses, and their families are eligible for assistance.
