The Victim Support Line 116 006 (also known as the 116006 hotline) is a free, anonymous, pan-European public service that provides support to all crime victims and their loved ones in all EU Member States, thus contributing to their well-being and safety. The hotline is part of the Victim Support Network, financed by the Justice Fund, administered by the Minister of Justice.
The Victim Support Line offers legal assistance, psychological support, and extensive information on assistance options. Our consultants provide detailed information about help points operating throughout the country and about the rights of victims. Victims of any crime, witnesses, and their families are eligible for assistance.
The 116 006 hotline acts as a helpline and offers victims of crime the opportunity to be listened to and provided with help when they need it most.

The Victim Support Line 116 006 operates as part of the Victim Support Network, financed by the Justice Fund. We provide legal assistance and psychological support. The Victim Support Network also includes Victim Support Centers, which offer additional financial support based on the needs identified as a result of the crime.

Russian language services: Monday: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
